At On Seven Estate Winery, we’re obsessed with viticulture that will grow the best wine grapes, passionate about caring for our land and ecology so that future generations can enjoy what we do, and fixed on the pursuit of the art and science of making the finest wines.

We’re obsessed with excellence, rooted in tradition and devoted to a vision. On Seven focuses on creating memorable, classic Niagara Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines.

We grew up listening to stories from our grandparents and parents of the joys and challenges of caring for their vineyards in Europe, the pride in creating memorable wines, and the pleasures in sharing them with family and friends.

From these stories and experiences, our passion for great wines developed, and with it our obsession to create great wines from Niagara was inspired.

And devoted to a vision.

In the Fall of 2009, we purchased an abandoned farm on seven acres from which we derived our name, On Seven.

On Seven has one focus — To create memorable, classic Niagara Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines.

To make our wine, we strictly adhere to our guiding principles and values.

From our beginning, where we stewarded a pristine calcareous five acre Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyard in a locale with a legacy of producing premium bottlings. To planting vines sourced from Burgundy, of a pedigree for creating great wine. We have maintained an unwavering focus toward:
